Cancellation Policy details

  • Orders can be cancelled anytime before they are dispatched. Once an order is dispatched, we cannot accept cancellation requests.
  • If an order is cancelled by the buyer, the convenience fee charged is non-refundable. However, if the cancellation is initiated by us, the full order amount including the convenience fee will be refunded.
  • For custom-built PC systems, which are made according to specific customer requirements, the following cancellation fees will apply, based on the order stage:
    • Paperwork Stage (within 24 hours of order placement): 5% of the total invoice value.
    • After component allocation and commencement of the build: 15% of the total invoice value.
    • Once the build is completed: 25% of the total invoice value.
  • The above charges are applicable only when the cancellation request is made by the buyer. No charges will be applied for cancellations initiated by us.
  • For any product issues within the warranty period, customers are encouraged to contact us by email or phone for assistance.

Return & Refund Policy details

  • Refunds are only issued if the delivered product is damaged or incorrect. Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns except in specific circumstances.
  • Customers must report any issues within 24 hours of product receipt or upon immediate unboxing. We also encourage our customers to record a video of the unboxing process to ensure a smooth refund process.
  • Returns or refunds are not applicable if the product seal is opened but the product is not faulty, or if any part or accessory is missing.
  • Buyers should retain the original packaging until the return period is active to ensure the product can be returned in its original condition to prevent transit damage. Don't throw away the box until you are sure that the product is working properly.
  • The product must be returned with all delivered accessories and in the original packaging. Directly applying tape or glue to the product box may void the return request.
  • Refunds for payments made through our payment gateway will be processed to the same account used for payment. For bank transfers, refunds will be issued to the buyer's bank account. Refund processing takes 7 to 10 working days
